SaySnap 不收集任何用户数据。所有语音识别和手势识别均在您的设备端完成，不上传任何信息到服务器，无需网络连接。您的照片仅保存在设备本地相册中。
SaySnap does not collect any user data. All speech recognition and gesture recognition are performed entirely on your device. No information is uploaded to any server. No network connection is required. Your photos are saved only to your device's local photo library.
1. 数据收集
SaySnap 不收集、不存储、不传输任何用户个人数据。具体来说：
- 不收集姓名、邮箱、电话号码等个人身份信息
- 不收集设备标识符、广告 ID 或任何追踪信息
- 不收集位置信息
- 不收集使用行为数据或分析数据
- 不使用任何第三方分析 SDK 或广告 SDK
1. Data Collection
SaySnap does not collect, store, or transmit any personal user data. Specifically:
- No personal identity information such as name, email, or phone number
- No device identifiers, advertising IDs, or tracking information
- No location data
- No usage behavior data or analytics
- No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs
2. 语音识别
SaySnap 使用 Apple 的 SFSpeechRecognizer 框架进行语音识别。当设备支持时，语音识别优先在设备端本地处理（on-device recognition）。仅当设备不支持本地识别时（如部分语言），才会使用 Apple 的服务器端识别。
无论本地还是服务器端识别，SaySnap 本身不会将语音数据发送到任何第三方服务器。服务器端识别由 Apple 处理，受 Apple 的隐私政策约束。
2. Speech Recognition
SaySnap uses Apple's SFSpeechRecognizer framework for speech recognition. When supported by the device, speech recognition is performed locally on-device. Only when the device does not support local recognition (for certain languages) does it fall back to Apple's server-side recognition.
Whether local or server-side, SaySnap itself never sends speech data to any third-party servers. Server-side recognition is handled by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
3. 手势识别
SaySnap 使用 Apple 的 Vision 框架（VNDetectHumanHandPoseRequest）进行手势识别。所有手势检测和识别处理均在设备端完成，不涉及任何网络传输。
3. Gesture Recognition
SaySnap uses Apple's Vision framework (VNDetectHumanHandPoseRequest) for gesture recognition. All gesture detection and recognition processing is performed entirely on-device with no network transmission involved.
4. 照片存储
通过 SaySnap 拍摄的照片仅保存在您设备的系统相册中。SaySnap 不会将照片上传到任何云服务或服务器。照片的管理和同步由您设备的系统设置决定（如 iCloud 照片同步）。
4. Photo Storage
Photos taken with SaySnap are saved only to your device's system photo library. SaySnap does not upload photos to any cloud service or server. Photo management and syncing is determined by your device's system settings (such as iCloud Photos).
5. 权限使用
SaySnap 请求以下系统权限，仅用于核心功能：

5. Permissions
SaySnap requests the following system permissions, used only for core functionality:

These permissions are only used while features are active and no data is collected in the background. You can revoke these permissions at any time in System Settings.
6. 网络访问
SaySnap 不请求网络权限，不需要互联网连接即可使用全部功能。应用不会与任何服务器通信。

7. 儿童隐私
SaySnap 不收集任何用户的个人数据，包括儿童。由于应用不涉及数据收集，不存在 13 岁以下儿童数据的收集问题。

SaySnap does not collect personal data from any users, including children. Since the app involves no data collection, there is no collection of data from children under 13.
